  Always a great experience. 5 Stars is pretty rare from me... Amre has saved me hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars in appliance repairs over the past few years. We have a large family and it seems our appliances work almost non-stop. While we don't buy top-of-the-line we try and get pretty good quality products. Even with that they invariably break down shortly after the warranty expires. I have found that even with extended warranties, you still pay for the service calls and have to wait for ever to get technicians to visit and then return with the part. (Meanwhile laundry is piling up or my delicate hands are getting a beating with non-stop dishwashing :)) With the internet and Youtube you get all the information you need for troubleshooting and repair and Amre has always had the parts I needed, backed up by great service. They haven't let me down yet.
