- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-06-10, by Financial ServicesWorst experience with this location. I am a very frequent customer and spend probably more than $2500 per year at this store. I purchased a leather jacket a few weeks ago for my wife. I was supposed to receive a XS but the girl gave me an XXS... What?!!! I went to return the jacket and a girl named Charlotte would not take it back without a tag and said it looked worn even though it was bought 10 days ago and never worn and given as a gift. I had the receipt with me and she would not take it back. On top of this, her and the other sales girls were laughing at the situation. I will never ever let my wife spend another dollar at Aritzia.
