  Terrible experience. Purchsed the extended warrenty on a new Samsung Galaxy S7 and was told that it would cover loss and any kind of damage. The back of my S7 cracked in less than 24 hours of purchase. IT WAS NOT DROPPED or misused in any way I took it back looking for it to be repaired. Sure they said if you pay the $250 deductible. WHAT I said, no where was informed in writing or verbally of a $250 deductible. I pulled out my paperwork AND called Bell customer service both informed me that the Bell representative should have given me the paperwork or at least verbally informed me, but they didn't. So now I have a brand new damaged phone through no fault of my own and they want another $250 even though I have "warrenty".

  Went to the bell store a few days ago since i had a accident with my phone and needed a new one. Sadly Samsung no longer makes the Note 5. So Taran helped me out putting me in a new Samsung S8+ which gave me the screen size and speed i wanted. with the early upgrade fee being quite high. she helped me by doing the trade in program with another old phone i had at home. On top of that got me a nice otterbox and extra cord. Ordered in the otterbox and told me would be next day. To my surprise she had everything a few hours later afterall. GREAT GREAT service offered by her and made this crappy situation very pleasant. thanks again and will def go see her again with the wife when her time comes. thanks again
