Spent 10 minutes looking at 2 units on your lot. I had 2 of your employees walk past me without acknowledging me while I was in plain site. I said hello to one of your staff as he walked by me and he never so much as lifted his head. I can’t say I have ever walked into a dealership and not been greeted in the first few moments after I arrived on a lot. I hope this review can serve as a learning experience for the sales staff.
