  Three weeks ago, I walked in getting my membership there were no other customers in line or staff helping other customers. They saw me walked in all three ladies immediately turned there backs pretended to be busy working on stuff. Yet they were just chatting among themselves hoping the other coworker will help me. The best part was while waiting for them for a couple of minutes, one of them decided to whip her phone out and texting away. She is one of the older ladies in the front line. Talk about a great customer service! Finally one of them helped me, she is not friendly at all I felt like I shouldn't be there to sign up.
