  The company I work for was having problems with an automatic unit it was a highway tractor . While down shifting it was grinding and banging into gear . They scanned the cpu and said there was a list of active codes and it would need further diagnoses and to bring it back stating there was a power loss issue so when we had the time allocated for the appointment they brought it back and the truck sat there for a month . Numerous phone calls made to the service center no answers were given just long waits on hold for up to 30-45 min by multiple managers from my company this went on for a while with no answers given keep in mind this unit went in for tranny issues when we got it back they stated that they couldn't duplicate the problem went in with a full tank of fuel came back to us half full and only 67 km put on the unit and they stated that they test drove the unit 5 times yet the GPS unit it in this unit stated otherwise we were fitted with a bill for an enormous amount of money with no answers just stating we couldn't find the problem and the unit is still having issues today plus the panels on the truck dash were never even installed back they were loose and one was just sitting on the floor talk about a shady service center never going back there again . OWNER OPERATORS BEWARE .
