  Hate west Edmonton mall! So this store has awesome location and great staff. If I could give mire than five star I would. Best EB on the west side of the city. Worth the longer drive to this store too.

  I was in the store for an hour. I found cupcake pops lying on their back room floor. I asked the lady at the time if they had any in stock. She lied to me. I also got my friend to call in about them being on hold. She also lied. Stop holding chases. It ruins it for everyone.

  I regrettably have to give this store 1 star as my Super Nintendo experience this morning was the worst retail experience ever. I typically have a great relationship with the folks here since I'm in every other week and got my Switch there no problem. I wasn't able to preorder the Super Nintendo and went in last night and was told there would be lots of walk in. I arrive a little before 9AM and get in line, I'm probably 50th in line. About 45 mins in the people in front of me wave there buddies over who had JUST ARRIVED and basically cut in line in front of me and about 20 other people. As we get closer to the counter the staff member announces that there are 5 left and I would be out of a console since the 2 people who cut in line weren't leaving even after being confronted. I nicely told the two staff ladies there that they had cut in line and the entire crowd behind me also made complaints and yet all the staff did was look down and IGNORE us as they sold the final systems to the cheaters. The guy who cut then started making threats to me and others behind me and the staff were stoned faced and just wanted to get everyone out of there. Very unprofessional, I've learned a valuable lesson today that if you CUT IN LINE at this EB Games you will be rewarded. I'll keep that in mind for the next time.
