  I recently saw Troy for the first time; he is very sweet and super patient. He spends a lot of time with his client and is extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting a piercing. The shop is also extremely clean and welcoming.

  They do amazing work no doubt about it, but the worst costumer service I have ever had. waited 3-4 months for an appointment , no big deal pretty normal. In the mean time i emailed my artist - month goes by still no reply, I call the shop they tell me he will call me back or email me that day- okay sure, another 3 weeks go by still nothing, call AGAIN, still nothing till about a week before my appointment. Tells me i cant use my insanely large deposit on my very small tattoo (2hrs tops) because its going to take two sessions. mhhm BULL. Day of the appointment i show up on time and have to wait 2 HOURS because he hasn't drawn up my tattoo yet.... are you joking? if i didn't have the deposit down i would of walked out. And the appointment was as long as i thought it was going to take (2-3 hrs) not including my 2 hour wait time. Don't go here, there is other amazing artists in this city who do just as good work if not better. who actually care about their costumers.
