  The salesman was great, installation went well until we discovered that the vent system came out the TOP of the fireplace not the back. Our fireplace was installed in August and we are still trying to get a mantle in place to hide the vent that isn't ridiculously high and odd looking. ALWAYS find out where vent will be prior to installation and how this will effect overall look. Obviously some of the blame lays with us as the buyer, however, right now I am disappointed overall.
