  ZERO STARS I finally decided to take the plunge and buy a new car as I now live outside the city and with 2 young kids I cannot have my used cars constantly breaking down on me. I went to there website and tried to speak to one of there online representative to see what type of deal I could get. Although there online representative provided basically no help and told me they could have someone called me to help me out. When the representative called me I was told they couldn't tell me what type of deal I could get until I gave some information. I was asked for a bit of information but refused to provide my driver license number as well as social insurance number because I wasn't sure which dealership I would go with so I wasn't allowing a credit check to be pulled. Although they took all the information I provided and didn't offer anything or help at all just wanted me to go in the following day. When I showed up on Monday Feb 9th I was asked if I needed help by the receptionist but said no and that I wanted to look for a bit then I would find someone when I needed help. Less than a few minutes later a sales person name Jeff showed up and and was very aggressive to the point that I couldn't even talk to my wife about our opinions on two different models we were considering because he give us ANY space. So I told him me and my wife were going to talk in the sitting area and figure out what we wanted and would find him when we were ready to test drive. Jeff came to the sitting room in less than 2 minutes and asked us what we were thinking. So at that point me, my wife and kids left as we felt pretty uncomfortable and didn't want this to be our first experience buying a car. Update will be provided..
