- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-05-18, by Steve BurtThe customer is always wrong at golf town. Brought brand new driver shaft to get tipped, trimmed to 44” and recived a driver shaft that “plays at 44” (42.5” to be exact). The manager said it was my fault, and belittled me. End of story they wont replace the shaft. After this lack of customer service, I’ll gladdly take my business elsewhere and would advise anyone reading this to do the same.
