  Wow, came here at 5:20 PM and told to come back for 7pm appointment. Came here 5 to 7 and it’s 7:45 and I am still waiting to see the doctor. I guess this is what happen when you are desperate to see other doctor instead for mine real doctor on Saturday which is two day away. I guess I won’t see this doctor maybe 8ish... this is terrible. I should have went somewhere else. When the dispatcher said half an hour wait. Its a lie.

  Dr. Daniela insulted me and was rude to me. She was either a RACIST or sexist – possibly both. She LAUGHED in my face when I told her that I needed a sick note for missing work. When I told her all my SEVERE flu symptoms – hacking cough, fatigue, lack of concentration and cold, she still said that I was taking “too much rest” because of my illness (I had only taken 4 days off work!). I have been so sick that I could not concentrate on my job, I couldn’t walk properly, and was shaking from illness – and this woman treated me like a liar and a lazy immigrant. Go to this woman at your own peril – if you are a woman or a coloured person, you will not be treated with the proper compassion and respect that you deserve. Your illness will be ignored and your needs will be oppressed by this privileged woman. She will treat you like a second-class citizen. Such a wonderful “doctor” I have never seen before. Bravo, Rexall. Bravo.
