  This has always been my go to store, in the past everyone has been super helpful and as a Rouge member, they were always generous if I wanted to try a few samples. In the past year or so, the quality of this store has plummeted. Getting ANYONE to help you is stressful, and forget customer service. They make no effort to help you find something or give suggestions for something new if a product has been discontinued. Asking for even one sample gets you a roll of the eyes and a loud sigh, like I’ve interrupted their chatter time for a Herculean task. This past wkd was the last straw for me. I’m almost ready to hang up my Sephora hat and go to MAC or somewhere else where they aren’t just at their job for a paycheque.
