  so... I originally started looking for a steam shower for our vacation property in Fernie, in Calgary and found what I thought would be perfect... but the timing was a bit sketchy... I needed it for sure installed before xmas... and it wasn't going to even be in the country before Dec 5 and that was an estimate... so I started googling other options and found a place in saskatoon... while they didn't have the unit I wanted they recommended me to SOAK in Edmonton. I looked on line and what I saw I liked... but decided to drive to Edmonton to make sure... their show room was great and they even had the unit I had originally looked at in Calgary, but the unit I ended up buying was even more sleek and modern... and on sale! Kim at the showroom was great and showed me all the bells and whistles... also the rest of the show room had some great design ideas and I ended up purchasing a matching illuminated vanity and mirror. I had a friend transport the purchases from Edmonton to Fernie and when we were in the final stages of installing... I found that one of the steam room stools I purchased was black instead of white... I called Ed and while he didn't have a white stool in stock he said he would see what he could do... I mentioned that it was an xmas present for my husband... he put in the extra effort to ensure it arrived by Greyhound to Fernie for Dec 24th... Ed was also super helpful to both my plumber and electrician who had never installed a unit like this before... super easy... less than 4 hours from uncrating to complete. The before and afters don't even really do it justice... it went from drab to fab in what seemed like minutes...very spacious and the steam takes only minutes to heat... my husband is soooo happy... Awesome experience!

  Had a steam shower installed in my home and I love it. The people at Soak are knowledgeable and their products are top quality. Way better than the cheap stuff you find online with no support. Highly recommend using their installation services.
