  This past week I needed bookmarks made up for my book signing events and a poster printed. Three Staples Employees--Karen, Nishan, and Rob--were very professional and personable in their attempts to give me the desired outcome I had asked for. They also showed me various ways to "show off" my poster in the three picture frame holders, that Staples had. The store was very busy and they were gracious and efficient with each customer (I was able to observe this, as my bookmarks were taking time in being designed). I felt that they went "beyond the call of duty". I am very satisfied.
