    Very disappointing service. I bought furniture on December 24th, with an estimated delivery on January 18th. Then the delivery was postponed until January 20th. On January 20th, I called and was told that my delivery had been delayed until January 22nd. I go in today and am now told that my delivery is again delayed until Wednesday. How on earth does it take an entire month to get a painting delivered (within Canada)? I have ordered parcels from Europe that have taken less time than that. The furniture itself is fine, but having your deliveries constantly delayed like this is incredibly frustrating. I don't quite understand how service can be so incredibly slow within the same country.

    I Really thought that this place was amazing when I was buying my coffee table. The service in store was perfect!! Waited out three weeks for my coffee table to arrive and when it finally did I went for pick up. Sales rep in the store warned me it’s super heavy so we had to work togther to load it into my SUV. Went back home , had to ask my neighbour to help me take it into my house as it was too heavy. After carrying it inside I started assembling it. Found that one of the three pieces that make the coffee table had a big dent on it and is very visible. Called the store and a sales rep called Brandon was “more than happy to help me”. Explained my problem and he said it’s okay, disassemble it and bring it back, wait three weeks, then come pick up a new one and go assemble it.......... I explained to him that it was heavy and assembly was a pain , and it’s not my fault really to go through all that AGAIN. He simply said that it was my only option since I didn’t pay for delivery. Even though I had no problem delivering it my self the first time but why should I suffer twice for a mistake on their end!! He couldn’t care less!!!! Simply very very poor customer service , and for waiting ages for your order to arrive, after sale service is horrible. Save you self the pain and go to proper stores! Lesson learnt.
