  I always have a terrible experience here. More often than not, I have to return what I purchase because it is faulty or broken. Dealing with the staff to make these returns is usually a hassle as well. I RARELY return items that I buy except when it comes to shopping here. Not sure if it’s bad luck or if others have this same experience. I think I’ll stick with buying things online from Amazon.

  Poor service! False advertisement bought me to the store to get a toy for my son's birthday! They have advertisements everywhere in the store saying "all "figures is 20% off but told me otherwise during checkou, box set figures were not included! I was surprised but willing to buy them separately but they have nothing in the store! Instead of honor the sale the manager spending time arguing with me the box sets are not figures, and told to go buy online! Very disappointed with service and false advertising to fool customers! Yes I will buy online, from amazon! No wonder toy r us went bankrupt because of staff like that doesn't care! Such a great company but ruin by poor management!
