  These guys wouldn't hand out an iPhone 5 charger if she asked for an s5 charger. They're all competent. I know this for fact because I've talked phones with all of them. The guys wife below was obviously in the wrong. Good crew here they do what they can and go above and beyond that as well. If you are a crappy customer you will get crappy service. Remember that. I've seen Kevin get out and walk old ladies from their cars to the building and back, and patiently help disabled individuals. Kate is great with her patience with helping old folks understand and utilize their technology as well as setting up small business accounts. The rest of the crew are very fast and efficient aside from the odd new employee they may be training here and there. Which is understandable.
