Automotive's customer service quality is extremely poor. I bought winter tires and had them installed. However, they installed it incorrectly, causing the rotation of the tire to go backwards. When I told them, the manager had said that "they're confident that their staff did not do such thing." There is record on their computer that I did purchase and had them installed at this location. I asked for them to switch the tires correctly and also requested store credit just to switch out winter tires to summer when the time comes. I felt as this was completely fair, as their mistake caused me to drive with ultimately useless winter tires. They then said they "acknowledge their mistake" and continued by saying they will only switch the tires to its correct place and will not change the winter tires out for free of charge. I do not recommend getting service done at this location as their service "professionals" do not reflect their title.

I have been going to this location since it has opened up. If you are closer to the Millwoods location, go there. Upside is this is a large store compared to other Canadian Tires, the escalator lift for the carts is pretty cool. They have a good selection of goods and nice sales. Downside is customer service needs to be improved. I have lots of reasons for the 2 stars, but here are the two that made me the most grumpy. I don't use a purse but a backpack, this location's policy doesn't allow you to bring your backpack in the store. I would of been fine with them checking it at the end if they asked. My backpack is smaller than most girls purses... I hope they would let people who have items for medical reasons bring there backpack in but I did not ask. I do not like having them lock up my backpack, and you can't just lock it up in your car if you're riding a motorcycle. The gun department needs to have more knowledgeable staff, especially since they are selling firearms. I asked about 20 gauge shotguns and the response was 'we don't have any girl guns'...
