- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-10-03, by Darren PhelpsI walked into the store and three employees were watching something on a phone. Being a country boy, I greeted them. They said "hello" as if I was disrupting them. I asked if they had a certain item in stock and they looked at me, seemingly in disgust, and said no. I have never been so upset by a retail establishment in my existence. There are 5-6 other jewelers within a few feet of this establishment. I visited several of them while shopping and they all greeted me like a human and were friendly during my discussion with them. I will know not to return to GemOro in the future.
