  When my now fiancé and I went looking for engagement rings we stopped in because she loved the Vera wang collection, the service we got was horrifying. The salesman talked down to us after asking how difficult it would be to switch the diamond for one of better quality he asked if it was really necessary as we shouldn't spend more than 2k. Went straight back to Tiffanys And could not have been happier. Will never go back to people's again.

  As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted nicely by one gentleman and helped me right away. I had purchased a ring a few months ago and wanted to get a resize. I didn't have any paper work or anything with me but another gentleman came and they both swiftly found my account and measured my fingers and got eveything settled. Since I was there I asked them to rodium plate my wedding ring as well for less than $60 and I didn't buy this ring from here. I didn't know the cost, color, or clarity since my husband bought it but they still did it for me. I'll have to wait 2-3 weeks for the rings to come back since it's holiday season. I was really happy with the service and they were super nice I bought 2 more rings as well. I wasn't pushed or anything and he thought I was leaving after the resize but I told him I wanted to purchase rings. Very nice never felt pushed or belittled. I'm a very happy customer at People's whether it be at wem or sherwood park mall. Always excellent service
