  I went to this location today to purchase a couple of duo-tangs. I was able to find them OK enough on my own and proceeded to the checkout. After both duo-tangs were scanned and I paid for them, I asked the associate to give me a bag (I was doing some walking around at other retail stores in Terra Losa, so I wanted to secure my Staples items in a Staples bag). The associate plainly refused to give me a plastic bag for my two duo-tangs even though I asked politely. This is ludicrous! You could say that this review is petty, but where has the customer service gone?! It's a plastic bag; I would have even paid 5 cents for it! Instead I had to juggle the duo-tangs until I received different plastic bag after purchasing items from a different retailer in Terra Losa. I have over 12 years of work experience in retail and customer service... I have even worked at Staples (not this location) previously... This is simply a disgraceful display of customer service... or lack thereof.
